Rb1 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the rb1 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This latest version supersedes all previous versions.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any services provided by rb1, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the rb1 platform.
To be eligible to use the rb1 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority as recognised under the laws of your place of residence;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
- Not be prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from using online betting services;
- Register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information.
Rb1 reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend the account of any user who does not meet the above eligibility requirements or who provides false information during registration.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration & Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on rb1. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate and updated whenever changes occur.
Password & Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. rb1 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the rb1 support team immediately and change your password without delay.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities when required.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the rb1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). rb1 supports a range of deposit methods including local bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB, as well as digital wallets such as TNG eWallet. Available payment methods are subject to change and will be updated in the finance section of your account.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are typically processed shortly after transaction verification. Withdrawals are subject to the required identity verification process before funds are released to the user's bank account or digital wallet. rb1 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for verification purposes before processing any large withdrawal.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by rb1 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Misuse of the bonus system — including attempts to redeem bonuses without genuine intent to play — may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Permitted Use
The rb1 platform is provided solely for personal entertainment purposes. Users are prohibited from using any automation software, bots, data scraping tools, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform. Any attempt to manipulate the system, game outcomes, or betting processes is a serious violation that may result in immediate account termination.
Rb1 Liability Limits
Rb1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical service interruptions, processing delays due to factors outside our control, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranty regarding the continuity or accuracy of the service at any time.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
Rb1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or other reasonable security grounds. Any valid account balance at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with rb1's internal procedures, subject to any necessary investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Ownership
All content on the rb1 platform — including logos, brand names, user interface, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of rb1 or parties that have licensed it to rb1. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without explicit written permission from rb1.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The rb1 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. rb1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Rb1 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with reasonable notice to users via the platform or registered email. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. This document is governed by Malaysian law and any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
